Access ESL podcasts and download (for free) or listen to more than 800 podcasts about many life issues; business, entertainment, daily life, shopping, relationships... It's really practical. Go for it and improve your listening skills! Bear in mind that in order to have a good speaking, you need to improve your listening and vocabulary.
